SimplyWell LLC is an Omaha-based company which is helping employers reduce healthcare costs by identifying risk and disease early and empowering participants to reduce their personal health risks. SimplyWell assesses and evaluates an organization's healthcare costs through actuarial analysis and determines a company's risk profile by conducting online health risk appraisals and onsite health screenings. SimplyWell provides a personal health record for participants consisting of six components:

Coaches provide one-on-one consultation to participants on health risks, behavior change and goal setting. A 24-hour nurse hot line is also available to answer questions.
